Randomized controlled trial to compare growth parameters and nutrient adequacy in children with picky eating behaviors who received nutritional counseling with or without an oral nutritional supplement

Greater nutrient intake improvements in the young children with picky eating behaviors that received nutritional counseling with compared to without nutritional supplement.

As good eating habits often take time to become established, a nutrient-enriched supplement administered in conjunction with Nutrition Counseling (NC) may help improve nutrient intake and support adequate growth while PE behaviors are being addressed by NC.
