[Literature Library] How oligosaccharide concentrations and profiles in milk produced by healthy women vary geographically

This cross-sectional, observational study analysed oligosaccharides in human milk collected from women in 11 international cohorts by using high-performance liquid chromatography. Results showed that both human milk oligosaccharide (HMO) concentrations and profiles varied geographically in healthy women.
