Effects of human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) on infant growth and morbidity

A randomized multicenter trial found human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) in formula feedings were safe, well-tolerated and supported age-appropriate growth, as well as leading to lower morbidity and medication use in infants.

Infant formula with 2′FL and LNnT is safe, well-tolerated, and supports age-appropriate growth.
