[Literature Library] Effects of milk consumption containing A2 beta casein proteins only

This randomized controlled trial in Chinese adults found consumption of milk containing only the A2 type of beta casein reduced symptoms of lactose intolerance, in comparison to milk that also contains A1 beta casein.
