Dr Monnard is a UK and USA Registered Dietitian. She obtained her PhD from King’s College London. Following this, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, understanding the impact of nutrition on the long-term physiological consequences of catch-up growth in those born small for gestational age. Her current research focuses on the programming effects of early life nutrition on growth, physiology and later risk of cardiometabolic diseases.
