Stool fatty acid soaps, stool consistency and gastrointestinal tolerance in term infants fed infant formulas containing high sn-2 palmitate with or without oligofructose (OF): a double-blind, randomized clinical trial

This study found that high sn-2 palmitate combined with oligofructose (OF) in infant formula resulted in less stool palmitate soaps, softer stools and other health effects.

Oral immunotherapy using partially hydrolyzed formula for cow’s milk protein allergy (NEW!)

This randomized controlled trial found that oral immunotherapy with hydrolyzed cow’s milk protein-based formula (pHF) may safely enhance tolerance to cow’s milk in children with cow’s milk allergy (CMPA), suggesting it may be a potential therapeutic strategy for this group.
