Cesarean delivery and infant brain development

The rate of cesarean delivery has increased over the globe. This study investigated its impact on neurodevelopment. Results showed that cesarean delivery can influence offspring brain development including myelination and functional connectivity.

Oral immunotherapy using partially hydrolyzed formula for cow’s milk protein allergy (NEW!)

This randomized controlled trial found that oral immunotherapy with hydrolyzed cow’s milk protein-based formula (pHF) may safely enhance tolerance to cow’s milk in children with cow’s milk allergy (CMPA), suggesting it may be a potential therapeutic strategy for this group.
